NARRAGHMORE VINTAGE CLUB AT THE PLOUGHING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Aideen Treacy is delighted to report that the Club has been asked by the Irish Vintage Club to assist them with their stand at the Ploughing Championships being held at Cardenton, Athy on the 22,23 and 24th September. We have also been invited to put 10 of our best tractors into the stand. Each member who has a tractor on the stand will also take part in a vintage parade twice daily. This looks like it will be a very enjoyable event for the participating members. Tommy Bell has also agreed to work on restoring a tractor on the stand over the three days, which will keep him on his toes and showcase the subperb work that he does. We will keep you all up-dated on the events as things progress and if you are attending the ploughing, call by the stand.
