Narraghmore Vintage Club is now online. Here you will find a constant source of information about the activities of members of the Club! Learn about Narraghmore Vintage Club, and see if there is a event coming up soon. Our member interests include vintage Tractors, Cars & Machinery. The Narraghmore Vintage Club promises a number of Vintage Events each year with our Annual Event on the 28th of December each year.
As a vintage car or tractor restorer no doubt driving the car or tractor to a show or taking part in a car or tractor run is a pleasure and belonging to a vintage club, society or association could further add to your enjoyment and enthusiasm for car or tractors from the vintage era.
So what are the advantages of belonging to a club? The biggest bonus of joining any vintage club is the fact that the club will be run by a bunch of extremely enthusiastic and dedicated vintage car or tractor owners. Their purpose is to keep vintage car or tractors well preserved and to provide all the help they can in keeping them on the road. They will also organise events and rallies tailored to promote the hobby.
Having the opportunity to talk to like-minded enthusiasts about your many weekends of toiling and tuning in the workshop can also draw its dividends. As a member, you can probably easily gain access to specialist information and publications pertinent to your particular car or tractor, such as information on mechanics, where to go for specialist restoration services, as well as discounted parts and offers on insurance policies.

The Narraghmore Vintage Club members, located near Athy Co.Kildare, are volunteer farmers, landscapers, builders, retirees and business people from all walks of life who have worked together to take Narraghmore Vinatge Club to new heights in its relatively short life. Narraghmore Vintage Club has some wonderfully talented people taking Vintage restoration projects to the forefront of the vintage community in Ireland. Narraghmore Vintage Club is a major leap forward for local vintage enthusists and represents whats most exciting about the local vintage community.

Narraghmore Vintage Club committee was elected 20th May 2009. The Narraghmore Vintage Club has assembled a top-notch team of vintage restoration veterans to form our new club. The committee will solely focus on encouraging the participation in vintage events and vintage restoration projects. Instead of members restoring alone, the Narraghmore Vintage Club will have a strong public-facing presence. Our member interests include vintage Tractors, Cars & Machinery. With a season long list of events that includes rallies, fun runs, charity fund raisers, summer BBQs and numerous other social events, new members can be assured of a friendly welcome and an event packed calendar. The high point of the club’s year occurs the 28th of December, in the form of The Narraghmore Vintage Tractor Run. Now entering its second year, already it is widely regarded as one of the premier events on the Irish classic tractor and car calendar. Held on the 28th December, annually, this non competitive 1 day rally attracts drivers from all over Ireland and abroad.
National affiliation to the Irish Vintage Society

The Irish Vintage Society (IVS) is a nationwide network of vintage groups and enthusiasts who share a common interest in the preservation of our heritage. Rescuing, restoring and exhibiting vintage machinery and artefacts are the key focus areas of the society members.
Insurance, Legislation, Health, Safety Insurance and Legislation are uppermost in the minds of IVS members. The IVS encourages its members to enforce the current health and safety requirements, so that all members can enjoy their interest in full. Much progress has been made over the years to develop tailor-made policies at competitive rates to suit the requirements of the members of the IVS.
